Ivar Oswalt   

Dr. Ivar Oswalt is a senior modeling and simulation (M&S) analyst who has developed effectiveness metrics, conducted simulation based analysis efforts, examined the use of artificial intelligence in simulation based training, and most recently examined how live, virtual, and constructive simulations can be blended to train manned and unmanned teams. Dr. Oswalt has also developed M&S composability taxonomies, defined and analyzed M&S requirements, and designed implementation architectures. Stan Grigsby

Mr. Grigsby was commissioned an officer in the US Naval Weather Service and a program manager for various projects within the Navy High Energy Laser Project Office and the Strategic Defense Initiative. After the Navy, he worked in modeling and simulations with a focus on the effect of the environment on defense systems. He then worked as an Assistant Professor of Physics and Engineering at a private college, which transitioned to online instruction during the COVID-19 pandemic. Mr. Grigsby currently works in the application of models and simulations in education. Mr. Grigsby has a B.S. degree in Physics from Pittsburg State University and a M.S. in meteorology from the Naval Postgraduate School.
